Shipping Information:
Order Processing: We strive to process all orders within 1-3 business days of receipt.
Shipping Methods & Rates: We offer a variety of shipping methods to accommodate your needs. You can choose your preferred option and see the associated rates during checkout. Here are some examples:
Standard Shipping: 4-6 Business Days - INR 90
Priority Shipping: 2-4 Business Days - INR 150
Free Shipping: We offer free shipping on orders over INR 1999 (including taxes).
Tracking Your Order: Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track the progress of your delivery on the carrier's website.
International Shipping: We currently do not offer international shipping.
Returns & Exchanges:
At Code Perfumes, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not happy with your order, we offer returns and exchanges within 2 days of receipt.
Here's what you need to know:
Eligible Items: Unopened, unused, and merchandise in its original packaging is eligible for return or exchange.
Non-returnable Items: We cannot accept returns on opened or used merchandise, or items without their original packaging.
Return Process: To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team at info@codeperfume.in or by phone at +91 9061202324. We'll provide you with a return authorization number (RAN) and instructions on how to return your items.
Return Shipping: You are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping method for your own records.
Refunds & Exchanges: Once we receive your returned item and verify that it meets the return criteria, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method (for returns) or process your exchange (for exchanges). Please allow 5-7 business days for your refund to be processed.
